- Fish fillets (2000 gr)
- Garlic (25 cloves)
- Starch (400 gr)
- Pepper powder (5 tablespoons)
- MSG (3 tablespoons)
- Ice cubes (300 gr)
- Salt (4 tablespoons)
How to make fishball :
- Minced fish fillet in a meat grinder
- Mashed garlic
- Mix the minced fish with salt, garlic, pepper powder, MSG, and starch. Mix until well blended, add ice cubes little by little
- Heat the water over low heat until boiling
- Grasp the dough, press and cut the dough with a spoon and put the fishball one by one carefully. Boil until the fishballs float
